The delay is a blow to Boeing, which has been struggling to recover from the 737 MAX crisis.

Oracle (ORCL)

Oracle (ORCL) shares are up 1.5% in premarket trading after the company reported better-than-expected earnings.

The company said its cloud revenue grew 29% in the fiscal fourth quarter, driven by strong demand for its cloud computing services.

Oracle also announced a new share buyback program worth up to $20 billion.

UnitedHealth Group (UNH)

UnitedHealth Group (UNH) shares are down 0.2% in premarket trading after the company announced a disappointing forecast for 2023.

The company said it expects earnings per share to grow by 10%-12% in 2023, below analysts' estimates.

UnitedHealth also said it expects medical costs to rise in 2023, due to the impact of inflation.

Chevron (CVX)

Chevron (CVX) shares are up 0.5% in premarket trading after the company announced a new share buyback program worth up to $75 billion.

The company said the buyback program will be executed over the next two years.

Chevron also announced a dividend increase of 6%.
