French midfielder makes cross-city move

Former Lyon and Hertha man joins Union Berlin

Lucas Tousart has completed a move from Hertha Berlin to city rivals Union Berlin. The French midfielder, who joined Hertha from Lyon in 2020, has signed a three-year contract with Union.

Tousart is a versatile player who can play in central midfield or defence. He made 96 appearances for Hertha in all competitions, scoring five goals.

Union Berlin are currently seventh in the Bundesliga table, while Hertha are 16th.
